Don't think this is a linux bug, but since Ubuntu auto-generated this
report I am going to submit it anyway.
I installed the Paragon UFS tools a while ago, but they don't support
version 18.04. I assumed the install failed, but apparently it actually
succeeded but just the dkms step failed. On update this time, the dkms
step for the linux-headers package again failed, but then afterwards the
installer just hung, with dkms frozen and using no CPU. After about 15
minutes I killed the dkms process which crashed the installer and
generated this bug.
My plan now is to reboot and then run the dkms_autoinstall command
manually.
