Same issue.
Ubuntu 20.04, kernel 5.4.0-40-generic. Dell XPS 15 9560 with GeForce GTX 1050
Mobile using the 440 driver.
Issue only happens when using the "Performance" profile in the NVIDIA X server
settings. No issues when using the integrated GPU.

bluetooth keyboard not
I can confirm mine "stopped" working via Bluetooth after updating from
18.10 to 19.04. Works with the evtest workaround.
It seems to still work but with the wrong mapping. the numpad (which
this model doesn't have) seems to be mapped around the u,i,o keys (as
in, u -> 4, i -> 5, o -> 6, 7 -> 7, j
Same issue here, I'm on a ASUS Zenbook 15 UX533FD. Also tried every
combination stated by @dunix-a with no luck.

I have same problem with my M510 mouse and K340 keyboard. After 12.04
64bit upgrade to 13.10 64bit - mouse and kbd was very very laggy.
Solution for me was:
