  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Occasionally my PC get frozen.  Keyboard, mouse and all other input
  devices lost efficiency. In such case, I have to press the power
  button to shutdown my notepad.

  And sometimes, black stripes appear on the screen. In such case, if I
  restart the corresponding program, the screen returns to normal.

  I find the following lines from syslog.
