I'd like to update the issue and say that it still exists under 4.2.0 as
well. Should I be posting a new bug with logs from 4.2.0?

Just to add an update, I also tested the mainline 4.0.0-04-generic
kernel and experienced the crash. So the fix must have been put in
between 4.0 and 4.2

The issue is fixed (from a 4 hour test I presume). The tested kernel was
linux-4.2.0-994-generic. Yet this update does break the bcmwl kernel
module but that's for another bug report.

I am using an older Ubuntu mainline kernel with Vivid. The computer I am
