i solved my problem of "ethernet card don't work after returning from
suspension" by updating kernel from 4.15 to 4.20 (Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic) using
UKUU
to install the latest kernel install Ubuntu Kernel Update Utility
$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:teejee2008/ppa
$ sudo apt-get install ukuu
disabl
