Just want to confirm that this fixed the problem for me as well. And just to be absolutely clear, here are some of the problems I was having when attaching/detaching Thunderbolt 3 on my XPS 13 9360: 1) Re-attaching the dock, USB would not function 2) Unable to suspend, reboot, or shutdown after
