This bug affects me too, and I have the right firmware installed. After resume, but not every time, the firmware fails to load. See for instance this output from dmesg | grep -i blue: [10399.427899] bluetooth hci0: firmware: brcm/BCM20702A0-0a5c-216f.hcd will not be loaded [10399.427901]
