  We are using linux kernel 2.6.37 due to Hardware dependency. while
  transmitting data (.json, .mp4, .jpeg) using curl we are facing

The 2.6.37 kernel is not supported in any Ubuntu releases.  Does this
bug exist on any supported kernels?  Maybe give the current mainline
kernel a try?
