Battery percentage changes suddenly depending on
apport information
** Description changed:
The battery indicator in my Ubuntu 18.10 installed on Thinkpad shows 100%
(Fully charged when plugged in) but when plugged out the battery shows 94%.
Batteries are fine, no issues whatsoever with batteries.
