Trying from work today on via google chrome on a windows box, can't seem to
log a ticket through launch pad, even though I have a valid login. I'm
guessing I need log a ticket through my Ubuntu machine via terminal
commands only?
I've never logged a new bug before - new to this.

I have this problem now with 14.04 LTS installed on a Lenovo B50-45. If
I power the computer up there is a blank screen. Then if I power down
and power up again I am successful. So every other time.
