Hello, tested with 12.04.4 stock image on 201109-9790 (BIOS A04) I think we can narrow down this issue to nouveau itself, it works fine with the nvidia-331-update proprietary driver This system can be suspended with nouveau, but X will crash on resume. Many EE could be found in the attached log.
