Pressing the L Ctrl + Up button produces no event visible in xev or in
/lib/udev/keymap -i input/eventX. R Ctrl + Up produces events, Ctrl
produces events and Up produces events. Even L Ctrl + Right, L Ctrl +
Left and L Ctrl + Down produce events.

This started a few days ago, I don't recall any event that precipitated
it.

For a while, it seemed to be working sporadically, i.e. if you pressed L
Ctrl + Up enough times, it would work once. But it has not worked at all
lately.

I expect the L Ctrl + Up keypress to move me to the next workspace
