tested 3.12 - rc3 and after suspend and resume I get only a blank black
screen and nothing works not even REISUB so I have to reboot with power
button.

to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v3.12 kernel[0].
