After Upgrade to Kubuntu 13.10 Bluetooth-Adapter coul
For me all works fine since Kubuntu 14.04
But I had to choose 'reset to factory defaults' and restore my changes in BIOS.
(Changing BT / WLAN / other Hardwere settings didn't work.)

I have to run the following after each standby or even reboot to make bluetooth
work:
sudo hciconfig hci0 down
sudo hciconfig hci0 up
