striscio, problem has been fixed on mainline-kernel 3.12, if you have to, just
update like described in:
http://ubuntuhandbook.org/index.php/2013/11/linux-kernel-3-12-released-install-ubuntu-or-linux-mint/
update to saucy-kernel will be as soon as possible.
