The config option CONFIG_ARPD is needed for opennhrp to work properly.
This option was enable in Saucy kernels the first time, and noone whined
about it.

At https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/kernel-
team/2013-August/032046.html, Tim Gardner suggested to ask for an SRU.

So, could you please enable CONFIG_ARPD in Raring LTS kernels for
Precise?
