I went back to Lucid but couldn't stay on because no more supported. Furthermore I installed lightdm on it as explained on author's blog, and after rebooting xorg finished as before last Precise: white mouse on black screen. Not touching lightdm anymore since not compatible with no Ubuntu.

Finally I'm staying on Precise. I think choosing option to ask password at beginning, before entering in Ubuntu did the trick. Now buttons are working fine although now we pass from Edid Check Sum to Ubuntu login Screen without BIOS waiting screen. ON/OFF works. Electricity does not grab ON/OFF

Yes SUSPEND (= sleep) button and screensavers does work fine now. I think it messed everything up because it wanted to go fast into Ubuntu so it did not watch if I was putting electricity on or button on. But with a password for 1st login, password do stop this mess, and buttons and electricity
