OP said here: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90001#c5
This is RAM issue I have mixed 2x4GB Hynix CL 11-11-11-28 and Geil 8GB CL
10-10-10-28. After remove Geil RAM this problem disappear.
And as far as I am concerned (see my #44 comment above) I fixed mine (besides
it was in Gentoo)
He also reported it here: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90001
Thanks for reporting it btw!
Confirmed to happen with kernel 3.19.0 (under Gentoo hardened+nomultilib guest
in virtualbox)

You
Stanimir, we may be putting the cart before the horse here. Just to
clarify, what were all the prior releases specifically that you did not
have this problem in (ex. Precise, Saucy, etc.)?

Stanimir, before continuing further, it would be best if you back up
your data, and reinstall to Trusty, in order to have a stable platform
with which to perform further testing.

Or to format this HDD install Trusty and try to upgrade to Utopic again?
I can try to make VMWare image from this crashed ubuntu too.

Stanimir, you may want to simply overwrite just your Utopic partition
with Trusty (preserving your Windows partition) so that you may continue
dual booting.
Having a VMware image wouldn't be helpful here, as the issue is hardware
dependent, and the hardware changes from the OSes perspective going
I'm not thing so. VMware image will change hardware with the virtual. If
the crashed utopic image is running without problems on VMware player
this will be proof that utopic have problems with my hardware. I think
that utopic is runing on VMware or virtualBox ?
