Steve saw this patch: e53376bef2cd97d3e3f61fdc677fb8da7d03d0da as a potential fix. For completeness I tested a backport to 3.13 (since its in 3.14+). The same failure mode occurs with this patch. Disabling sysctl_ip_early_demux still causes a failure. To work around this issue, if you don't need
