It's an I+A system. Brightness control does not work with the opensoure driver,
and the proprietary fglrx driver.

Verified with "acpi_backlight=vendor" parameter added into grub, the
result is the brightness level indicator would only change between max
and max-1, however, the brightness itself does not.
With "acpi_osi='!Windows 2012'" added, the brightness keys are not
working at all.
