yes of course christopher,sorry for the late reply. Everytime I hibernate my laptop, the fn keys stop to work once I turn it on like changing the brightness. Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v3.19 kernel[0].
