There is no noise or any other distortion when sound card is playing.
The noise starts 5-10 seconds after the playback is stopped.
In addition there are very loud clicks and pops during boot and shutdown.

Let us test if disable power_save_node help or not.
edit /etc/modprobe.d/snd_hda_intel.conf to add:
options snd_hda_intel patch=onboard-patch
and specified the hint in /lib/firmware/onboard-patch:

Referenced report seems as unrelated.
On my machine, the sound is clear and loud but 10 seconds after playback
ends the noise starts.
I am not familiar with specific design of the soundcard but It
looks/sounds like when it suspended by the driver, analog amplifier left
active picking
