Title:
[Dell Latitude E6410] Suspend/Resume failure
Status in linux package
Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? Was there a
prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem?
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v4.2
I tried to get more information by following
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspend
The resume failure happens regardless of which suspend method I use:
shutting lid, click suspend in gui, pm-suspend
Regarding booting into the latest mainline kernel: Should I really use
the latest
** Description changed:
Since a short time, my Laptop does not resume correctly.
What happens:
- - Fans spin up
- - Bluetooth LED lights up
+ - Fans and HD spin up
- HD LED does not light up (it should blink if there is disk activity)
- Screen stays black
At the moment I can not say,
