I can reproduce this problem on 2 different servers Manufacturer: LENOVO Product Name: ThinkServer RD640 and Manufacturer: Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. I just upgraded 7 SuperMicro Servers to this version and it was a total disaster. I had to IPMI login to each one and revert back to 3.16.0-46 Generally I trust the upgrades - this one was a mistake. Hope it gets fixed!
