We have some use cases where we'd like to be able to access 8 or more
partitions on an MMC device. Unfortunately, the MMC_BLOCK_MINORS config
value is set to 8, which means we can only access the entire device and
7 partitions.
If this could be set to 24 or 32, it would be helpful.
