replaced BCM943162ZP WIFI card to Intel 7260NGW Dual Band Wireless-AC
was recognized by iwlwifi drivers, thanks for the advice.

I also solved the lack of drivers for BCM 43162 [14e4:43ae] rev 02. by
replacing WiFi card with Intel Dual band Wireless-AC 7260 7260NGW
Bluetooth BT4.0 NGFF 867Mbps. This card works fine in Ubuntu GNOME
16.04. If you plan to change the card too, be careful - some
manufacturers block hardware
I ended up replacing the wifi/bluetooth module by an "Intel Dual Band
Wireless-AC 3160" module, which is supported both by Linux (Mint) and
W10.
Costs about 30 euros
