Ok so it looks like upgrading to 15.10 the problem has been solved. The "CPU Bug" (attached) is still getting at boot time, but it looks harmless. Also SuperMicro has a FAQ that contains exactly this problem and they say that a BIOS Update solves the problem:

Ok, I upgraded to the next release ubuntu asked me (15.10 in this case). Now it is with 4.2.0-36 kernel. The server is running for a few hours without any problem so far. I will test for a few more days and comment again the results here. -- You received this bug notification because you are a
