Jacob Fenton, the next step is to fully reverse commit bisect from kernel 4.4 to 4.7-rc3 in order to identify the last bad commit, followed immediately by the first good one. Once this good commit has been identified, it may be reviewed for backporting. Could you please do this following

Suspend works properly with the upstream kernel. From uname -a: 4.7.0-040700rc3-generic #201606121131 SMP Sun Jun 12 15:34:32 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux I will now mark this as confirmed. ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Confirmed -- You received this bug

This issue started after I updated from 15.10 to 16.04--I am unsure of the kernel under 15.10 where it worked, but the system was up to date. I will test the upstream kernel later today. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to

Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? Was there a prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem? Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v4.7-rc1
