With this patches on firefox , and flash player on my atom time
processor was decreased with 100-200 procents.

On first patch do_select function , after if exist (f_op->poll) operation,
collect mask variable and after that is not need suplementary
delay(busy_loop_end_time function) if can_busy_loop is true, this descrease
presure on
(f_op->poll) from 80 cycles to 30 cycles.
