Sorry for the delay. I haven’t been working on this bug because right now
I'm satisfied with a usb speaker that works.
The usb speaker also has a aux plug that I can use for speakers instead of
the computer's.
I don't want to install the latest kernel b/c I'm afraid I wont do it right
and it'll
John, to keep this relevant to upstream, one would want to test the
latest mainline kernel (now 4.8-rc4) as it is released.
