Luís Correia, you don't have the same problem as this report is not
scoped to 18.04, or any Dell machine.
Hence, if you want your problem addressed, use the computer the problem is
reproducible with, and provide necessary debugging logs by filing a new report
with Ubuntu via a terminal:
Dell XPS 13 9350 upgraded from 16.04 to 18.04 had the same problem.
Used solution provided by Alex on post #10 and it's fine now.
