[Kernel-packages] [Bug 1635012] Re: Usb wireless mouse gets disconnected randomly in Ubuntu 16.10

2016-11-09 Thread Enrique Agustini
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 1630063 ***
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1630063

Tested this bug with upstream kernel 4.9.0-040900rc3-generic during
several days and no occurrences of it anymore. I'll just consider this
as solved!

[Kernel-packages] [Bug 1635012] Re: Usb wireless mouse gets disconnected randomly in Ubuntu 16.10

2016-10-19 Thread Joseph Salisbury
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer
to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest
v4.9 kernel[0].

If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following
tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.

If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag:
'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.

Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as
"Confirmed".

Thanks in advance.

[Kernel-packages] [Bug 1635012] Re: Usb wireless mouse gets disconnected randomly in Ubuntu 16.10

2016-10-19 Thread Paul White
Enrique, as both
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage#Hardware_Malfunctions and
the other report are filed against the kernel, I'm retasking this
against "linux".

Please provide any further information that is requested.

** Package changed: ubuntu => linux (Ubuntu)
