I upgraded from 14.04 LTS (Trusty)to 16.04 LTS (Xenial).
I changed the description accordingly to make it clear.
** Description changed:
- After upgrading to Xenial, the touch screen does not recognize finger
- touch as input, pen and eraser are still recognized
