Public bug reported:

Normally not the first time after boot but any subsequent attempts to
suspend, causes the laptop to resume automatically. I tried several
methods to stop this as I found from net.

1. Setting all values to 'disable' in result of 'cat /proc/acpi/wakeup'. I have
by default LANC, EHC1, EHC2 and XHC enabled. Disabling them didn't affect this.
2. Updating bios to latest.
3. Changing /etc/systemd/logind.conf to have 'HandleLidSwitch=ignore' and
'HandleSuspendKey=ignore'. Either with changes in 1 or not.

This used to work in 14.04 but not after updating.
