Title:
[i915_bpo] Move KBL pci-id 5917 to correct group

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete
Status in linux source package in Xenial:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
KBL 5917 is in the wrong group, needs to be GT2 but it's currently
marked as GT1 which causes some issues when trying to output using a
dGPU as render slave. There might be some other hidden issues but this
is all we've seen so far.
