I have a new canon pixma mx475 printer plugged via usb2 port.
And journalctl is flooded each time i power on that printer, with this error.
"kernel: xhci_hcd 0000:00:14.0: WARN Event TRB for slot 2 ep 16 with no TDs 
queued?"

Googling around that issue, many distro had warn about that; and
upstream has also proposed a solution:

Please patch the ubuntu's kernels until upstream make it default.
