91d57bae0868 ("posix-timers: Make use of forward/remaining callbacks")
This commit was added to mainline as of v4.13-rc1, which means it is
already in Artful(17.10) and Bionic(18.04).
That commit was not a clean cherry pick into
91d57bae08689199c8acc77a8b3b41150cafab1c is good.
