At some point after boot, the USB3 system stops working. Anything
plugged on it is unresponsive, my system however keeps responding to
everything else. If I move keyboard/mouse to USB2 ports, it works again,
but nothing replugged to USB3 ports works.

There are kernel error messages in dmesg.
