Title:
I did a massive update today, and now my wifi connection is incredibly
  slow.

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in network-manager package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I am running 16.04 on an Asus UX303LN.

I had no problems until today I did a big update.

After that, I have rebooted several times and re-booted my router as
  well.

My wifi speed is so slow, I cannot even run the sourceforge speed
  test.

Other devices connected to my wifi network access at normal speeds.

I have no idea where to begin debugging this, but I am happy to try.
  Thanks,
  Bob
