This seems to be caused by a bad build? Many modules missing: $ ls /lib/modules/4.15.0-34-generic/kernel/drivers/ | wc -l 91 $ ls /lib/modules/4.15.0-35-generic/kernel/drivers/ | wc -l 39 No sdhci, r8169, or usb hub driver (wherever that lives) made this a fun one to try to debug :( ** Summary
