For an unknown reason, the TLP setting is not applied after suspend/resume. The thing I found to work for me is creating a file /lib/systemd/system- sleep/bt_autosuspend with this content, using the exact same line used by powertop (and set it executable) : #!/bin/sh # prevent the btusb from
