[Kernel-packages] [Bug 1802796] Re: Trouble mounting USB-Devices
Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v4.20 kernel[0]. If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'. If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag: 'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'. Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as "Confirmed". Thanks in advance. [Kernel-packages] [Bug 1802796] Re: Trouble mounting USB-Devices
With kernel 4.18.0 it takes very long (up to minutes) to mount the device from commandline. With kernel 4.4.0 it is done within a second. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1802796 Title: Trouble mounting USB-Devices Status in linux package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: kernel 4.18.0-11 -> does not work with Thunnar From Thunnar the device is not mounted.
