[Impact]
ZFS was not supposed to be enabled on linux-azure for trusty from the start. 
There is no ZFS tooling 
in trusty anyway.

[Regression potential]
Some user will complain they cannot mount their ZFS now with that kernel. They 
can just install a different kernel then, as this one was not supposed to be 
used like that.

[Test case]
zfs is disabled on the files after copy-files is run.
