Title:
  Two finger scroll does not work after hibernate

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Two finger scroll does not work in Chromium browser after HIBERNATION.
  I restarted Chromium browser and it did not resolve two finger scroll
  issue. I log out, then log back on. Again, it did not resolve two
  finger scroll issue. SO, I rebooted and it did resolved two finger
  scroll issue. It happened often ONLY after HIBERNATION.
