Public bug reported: I installed the 390.116-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 upgrade this morning. After a reboot, my laptop with Quadro K1000M came up into sddm with a low resolution graphics. Second screen also did not appear. The Quadro K1000M is in "Integrated Graphics" mode. Switching to Optimus or Integrated graphics did not improve the situation. Removing 390.116-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 and reinstalling 390.77-0ubuntu0.18.04.2 fixed the problem.
