After 3rd "git bitsect" built linux- image-4.10.0-rc2+_4.10.0-rc2+-3_amd64.deb which hangs on boot without any single boot line. I bet it is not connected with USB 3.0 PCI card at all (other kernel problem) what was corrected later by 4.10.rc8 which hangs again on USB 3.0 PCI card. I don't know if
