Title:
  TRACE_syscall.ptrace_syscall_faked in seccomp from
  ubuntu_kernel_selftests failed on B/C PowerPC

Status in ubuntu-kernel-tests:
  New
Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete
Status in linux source package in Bionic:
  Incomplete
Status in linux source package in Cosmic:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
This test will fail on Bionic / Cosmic PowerPC:

  [ RUN ] TRACE_syscall.ptrace_syscall_faked
  seccomp_bpf.c:1837:TRACE_syscall.ptrace_syscall_faked:Expected 45000 (45000)
== syscall(207) (18446744073709551615)
TRACE_syscall.ptrace_syscall_faked: Test failed at step #13
  [ FAIL ] TRACE_syscall.ptrace_syscall_faked

This test will pass on PowerPC with Disco kernel.

As this issue can be reproduced with the upsteam kernel tree, so it
looks like a kernel issue instead of a test case issue to me.
