@phil995511, bug 1830961 fails recent kernel build, so v5.2 is not
available. And, actually backport-iwlwifi-dkms has all the mandatory
changes to enable iwlwifi devices, while mainline kernel may not. So I
would still recommend you to use backport-iwlwifi-dkms instead.

For better CPU autonomy and performances, I use powertop from Intel in
version 2.9 on my laptop.
The Version 2.10 are adviable, if it's possible for you to add this new
version in your distribution :

My Dell XPS 9570 has been modified with add of an Intel card 9260
wifi/bluetooth, because the "Killer 1550 wifi / bluetooth card" that
came with it does not work properly.

I redid the following tests. Procedure followed completely power OFF and
power ON :
* 5.0.0-15-generic : wifi full work / bluetooth not work
* 5.0.0-16-generic : wifi full work / bluetooth not work
* 5.0.0-17-generic : wifi full work / bluetooth not work
* 5.0.0-19-generic : wifi full work / bl
This failure is extremely annoying because there is no RJ-45 socket on
my laptop ... as on many modern notebooks.
