I am using the Product: Dell Wireless 1450 Dual-band (802.11a/b/g) USB
2.0 Adapter

This relies on the p54usb driver. It works great on kernel 4.18. I
upgraded to 5.0.0-3 and the device fails to start.

On the older kernel, things seem good:
