  The cpu-mf counter LAST_HOST_TRANSLATIONS has the wrong number.

  # cat /sys/devices/cpum_cf/events/LAST_HOST_TRANSLATIONS
  event=0x00e9

  should be event=0x00e8

  Fix already available:
